I have installed 8.7d, the bundled SQL express, and I have filtered my log files with LogParser just fine.

I've copied the filtered logs to directories under the install-created \Imported Logs\ directories.

When I create a profile, point to those filtered logs, then begin the analysis, I get absolutely nothing. No job in the queue, even though the application tells me the job is submitted to the queue. No status, no updates, no errors. Nothing.

What the heck am I missing here?

Are all the webtrends services running? I don't think analysis will kick off without the scheduler being on.

You may also want to check that your system monitor is running

Under Administration -> system management -> monitorin -> service health

Make sure your status' are set to running.

Thank you so very much! It was the scheduler service. Once I started that, I had a job in the queue as expected.

I spoke too soon. That got it running, but now I have no reports?
