Problem > Whenever, I try to convert the entire report (customized template) by running Webtrends document utility, NULL error pops up.

But at the same time, If I settle down for default webtrends template complete view (which shows only the top 20) succeeds in converting the reports.

Webtrends Loganalyzer 8.1c with Geotrends v 3.0 installed + Webtrends Document Utility installed. | HARDWARE| > P4 Machine with 36 SCSI HDD with 1 GB RAM.
MS-Office 2000 with sp3 installed.
