I am missing a measure concercing bounces and bounce rates for different entry pages or traffic sources etc.

How can I add this measures to my reports?

I know the work around with the second dimension but I want to have bounce rates as a measure!

You can create a measure and add it to the report. Have a look at the Custom Reports.

How can I create such a measure? At the point "what to measure" I can only find Query Parameter and Cookie Parameter.

The Custom Report has some customized measures you could use for your report, e.g. measure called "bounces" and dimensions your traffic sources..

I am talking about bounces as visits that leave the entry page directly. They are coming to the site, are seeing the first page and leave. These bounces I wanna have as a measure.
E.g. seeing how many people came with the phrase "sport" and leave the site after they saw the first page.
Dimension=search phrase
Measure 1= Visits
Measure 2= Bounces

How do I get this measure "bounces"?
