Hi,

My page views report is limited to 200 results but I have about 400 pages on my website. Can someone tell me the correct way to reset the limit?

I've tried a number of ways with no success.

Many thanks

Chris,

I've tried changing the settings as you advised but I still only see 200 items in my page views report.

I changed the report limit (default number of elements available in reports) of the particular profile to 350. It seemed to have no effect at all. (see attachment)

Any ideas where I may be going wrong.

Thanks

It sounds like you changed it at the global level. Normally that should work. I'm wondering if you have profile-level settings that are overriding the global setting. Did you check the profile-specific settings for that profile?

Chris,

I've set it at global level and individual level but I'm still getting the same result.

It's driving me potty now!

I must have missed something. What would you do in this case, is there a number of steps I should follow, have I done them in the wrong order. I'm really at a loss now.

Thanks for your help so far though.

My one suggestion, kind of a last ditch one, is to reboot your WT server or, short of that, to bounce the WT services on the WT server. It's possible that these changes require that. Hard to believe I wouldn't have noted it in past instructions I've written up, being perfect and all like I am, but maybe that's it.

The WT services to restart would be Tomcat and UI.

If that doesn't do it, I would be wondering if you accidentally changed the settings for the wrong profile or the wrong report, or something like that. Hard to believe you'd do it since you seem to know your stuff, but even I, being perfect and all like I am, seem to do that kind of thing on a weekly basis.
