Hope someone has some knowledge about this issue.
We are running:WebTrends Reporting Center - eBusiness
Version: 6.1b
Platform: win32
Build Number: 7601
We have authenticated users in several countries accessing our Corporate Intranet and when we run the profile to Exclude North America users, the total users seems a bit high.
Is there a process to make this more accurate or is there a setting within Webtrends I may be missing?
Please let me know if you need additional information.
